Rose Mugwe founded Women of Faith Alliance and has served in ministry leadership since 2009. She is passionate about helping women in Kenya experience spiritual growth, dignity, and sustainable transformation through faith, encouragement, and practical support.

Patricia Nduati was born and raised in Kenya and earned a Masters degree in Economic Development from Eastern University. She currently serves with the American Bible Society in resource development and is passionate about strengthening communities through spiritual encouragement and practical empowerment.

Dana Parker earned a degree in Business from Eastern Nazarene College and brings practical and technological experience to Women of Faith Alliance. He values the ministry’s commitment to empowering women through faith, encouragement, and sustainable opportunity.

She joined the board in 2025 and brings experience in nonprofit management and board leadership. Stacy is passionate about empowering women through dignity, education, practical support, and the hope of the Gospel.
Stacy JenkinsSheila Wanjiru is a Jesus lover, wife, and mother of two. With a background in accounting and finance and an entrepreneurial spirit, she brings both practical wisdom and warmth to the work of Women of Faith Alliance. Sheila lives by the belief that laughter is good for the soul — and loves nothing more than making others smile.
