Empowering Women Through Faith and Practical Support

How We Work

Relationship-Centered Ministry

Women of Faith Alliance exists to help women in Kenya build sustainable futures for themselves and their families. Through entrepreneurship, education, mentoring, and faith-centered community, we seek to support women spiritually, emotionally, and practically.

We believe lasting change happens through community, opportunity, and the transforming love of Jesus Christ.

How the Work Happens

Relationship-Centered Ministry

Small Group Community

Women gather regularly for encouragement, accountability, prayer, and support.

Sustainable Opportunity

Business training and small loans help women create long-term income and stability.

Local Leadership

Kenyan women serve as mentors, leaders, and discipleship partners within the ministry.

Gospel-Centered Support

Faith, prayer, discipleship, and compassion remain central to every aspect of the work.

Core Impact Areas

Entrepreneurship & Business Support

Women receive business training, stewardship education, mentorship, and access to small business loans that help create sustainable income for their families.

Many women use these opportunities to launch or grow businesses such as tailoring, farming, beauty shops, livestock care, handicrafts, and market sales.

Discipleship & Community

WFA is built around small groups where women encourage one another spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Through prayer, mentorship, discipleship, and accountability, women grow together in faith and community.

Relationships are central to the ministry and often become places where the hope of the gospel takes root in meaningful ways.

Education & Training

Women participate in practical business and stewardship courses designed to help them build long-term stability and confidence. Ongoing entrepreneurial training is led by Kenyan women serving as mentors and liaisons within the ministry.

WFA also continues exploring opportunities for literacy training and educational support within the community.

Health & Family Support

Women supported through WFA are often caring for children and extended family members while navigating economic hardship, illness, widowhood, or difficult family circumstances.

Through relationships, prayer, encouragement, and practical support, WFA seeks to strengthen the spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being of women and families in Kenya.

Local Leadership & Partnership

WFA works closely with Kenyan women who serve as leaders, mentors, and liaisons within the ministry. These women help oversee small groups, provide discipleship, and lead ongoing training and encouragement efforts.

The ministry is rooted in long-term relationships, local leadership, and sustainable community support.
